We are excited to invite presentation proposal submissions for the TBSA 2026 Conference, a prestigious international event designed to bring together leading academic researchers, industry pioneers, battery and energy storage & mobility scientists and senior engineers. This platform will facilitate the exchange of cutting-edge research, industrial insights, and breakthrough R&D achievements with a global audience of professionals.

All submitted presentation proposals will undergo a rigorous peer-review process, conducted by the Advisory Board, which will evaluate submissions based on originality, technical depth, significance, and relevance to the conference’s themes.

Proposals Given Review Priority

  • Talks that reveal new ways of applying battery, energy storage and new energy mobility technologies.
  • Talks that feature content never seen before and not available online, but which have been created specifically for this event.
  • In-depth analysis of market and industry topics that will shape the future of the community.
  • Breakthrough announcements revealed for the first time.
  • Real-world examples that show a novel application of technology or illustrate a solution to a technical challenge in a product.
  • Talks that engage the audience in a highly creative or interactive way.
  • Proposals from OEMs and tier 1 battery and energy storage, or joint presentations with these companies, are of particular interest.
  • Proposals from emerging battery, energy storage or new energy mobility start-ups that will shed light on innovative business and technology applications.

 

In general, we look for speakers who are willing to share their knowledge to help design and innovation continue and grow.

PROPOSALS THAT AIM TO MARKET A SPECIFIC COMPANY OR PRODUCT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Submission Process and Timelines

Presentation proposal must be submitted through our Online Submission Form.

Deadline for Proposal Submission

1st round: October 10, 2025
2nd round: November 25, 2025
3rd round: January 1, 2026

Notification of Proposal Acceptance
1st round: November 10, 2025
2nd round: December 25, 2025
3rd round: February 1, 2026
