China Society of Automotive Engineers (China SAE) Yangtze River Delta Science and Technology Exchange Center (referred to as the "Center") is an operational platform established by China SAE in Suzhou in April 2025. Based in Suzhou and radiating across the Yangtze River Delta, the Center aims to become a core link and service hub for supporting the upgrading of the regional automotive industry.
The Center deeply leverages China SAE's technological resources in new energy, intelligent connected vehicles (ICV) and intelligent manufacturing, as well as its expert network covering over 2,300 corporate members and more than 100,000 individual members. Adhering to the tenet of "Gathering Innovative Resources, Serving Industrial Upgrading, and Building an Open Ecosystem", it actively explores the "Society-Local Government-Industry" collaborative innovation model.
Committed to constructing a four-in-one service platform encompassing "Achievement Transformation, Talent Cultivation, Industry Collaboration, and International Cooperation", the Center precisely addresses regional development needs through diversified initiatives such as technology transfer, project incubation, standard formulation, and high-end industrial event organization, thereby facilitating the in-depth integration of the innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain, and talent chain. Currently, it has achieved phased results in industrial think tank development, key technology training, and international exchanges, gradually establishing a core influence in providing innovative services for the regional automotive industry.
The Yangtze River Delta Technology Exchange Center of China SAE
The Singapore Battery Consortium (SBC) is a national initiative dedicated to advancing battery technologies and fostering collaboration among research institutions, industry stakeholders, and government agencies. Positioned at the intersection of innovation and sustainability, SBC aims to strengthen Singapore’s battery ecosystem by promoting research and development across key areas such as advanced materials, cell manufacturing, pack engineering, battery management systems, and recycling.
SBC serves as a strategic platform that unites a diverse network of partners—including startups, SMEs, multinational companies, and academic institutions—to co-develop next-generation energy storage solutions. Through technical collaboration, shared facilities, and knowledge exchange, the consortium accelerates the commercialization of battery technologies and supports the growth of local capabilities in the electrification and mobility sectors.
By aligning with Singapore’s broader sustainability and innovation goals, SBC plays a vital role in positioning the nation as a regional leader in battery research, energy storage systems, and clean energy solutions.
Singapore Battery Consortium (SBC)
The Shenzhen Battery Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) was established in 2017 in response to the requirements of the municipal government office meeting. It is a 5A-level social organization based in Shenzhen, serving the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and extending its influence on the national battery industry. It is also the New Quality Productive Forces Committee of the China Battery Industry Association, the WTO/TBT-SPS National New Energy Storage Technology and Trade Evaluation Base , the review agency for senior professional titles in the lithium battery engineering field in Shenzhen, the initiator and operator of the first specialized industry college in the new energy field in Shenzhen – Shenzhen Lithium Battery Industry College, the operating unit of the first non-litigation dispute resolution center in the new energy battery industry nationwide, a special mediation organization of the Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court, and an excellent unit of school-enterprise cooperation in municipal technical education.
Currently, the Association comprises over 500 member units and engages with more than 6,000 enterprises globally. Among its members are 53 publicly traded companies, including BYD, CATL, EVE Energy, and Sunwoda; etc.
Shenzhen Battery Industry Association
Initiated in 2017 by the Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission, Shenzhen Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Association (SHFCA) was the first regional mass organizations in China focuses on the development, innovation and utilization of hydrogen energy and fuel cells in Shenzhen, aiming to promote the development of hydrogen industry, innovative low-carbon transformation and further the realization of the carbon-peak and carbon neutrality goal in Shenzhen, and further expanding to the whole country through the promotion and application of hydrogen energy and fuel cells.
The association has over 200 local and 80 domestic or oversea partners in our network, covering upstream and downstream industry chain of hydrogen energy and fuel cell, including hydrogen production, storage and transportation, hydrogen refueling station construction, fuel cell key materials, stacks and systems, key components, equipment manufacturing, downstream application products, operations, investment and financing, etc.
SHFCA sees the great development opportunity of Shenzhen Socialist Pilot Demonstration Zone and hydrogen energy industry, and assists Shenzhen in giving full play to its outstanding advantages in policy-driven, scientific and technological innovation, financial market, industrial support, and talent agglomeration, etc.. SZHFCA focuses on core technology breakthrough, pioneer in application demonstration scenarios, to accelerate the development of a safe, stable, smart, efficient, clean and low-carbon energy system, and to help Shenzhen take the lead in achieving the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
Shenzhen Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association (SHFCA)
The Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association of Singapore (HFCAS) was formed in 2019 to provide a united voice of the hydrogen industry. HFCAS serves as a platform for networking, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. We are actively participating in the development of codes and standards for safe use of hydrogen; developing training courses to equip our workforce with the necessary skillsets for hydrogen related applications; providing business matching support to our members and counterparts, all of which to support the use of hydrogen in Singapore as a major decarbonisation pathway towards net zero by 2050.
Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association of Singapore (HFCAS)
